1. Scan and E-mail a copy of your doctor’s recommendation
2. Scan and E-mail a signed copy of the membership application Form.
3. Give us a call to verify that we received your application.
We will call you back and let you know if you have been accepted into the collective, then we are able to deliver to you. We are here to answer that need and to provide service to those OC and San Diego County communities and individuals unable to have safe access to Medical Marijuana.
